Okay, I got tired of getting confused about just how the 7AE gifts and expansion will work. So I read all the posts about it and was just going to make a about Ultima Online's 7AE launch. But it was WAY too long. So instead I'm creating this, the Unofficial Ultima Online 7th Anniversary Edition FAQ.

Question: Just what do I get with 7AE?
Answer: You get the following: - The complete Ultima Online, this is just all the expansion along with their patches so no more massive updates for some of you when you reinstall. - One of 7 special gifts. - Seven buddy registration codes. - A sixth character slot. - A collector edition fan guide. - A copy of Ultima IX: Ascension.

Question: What are the seven gifts?
Answer: The gifts range from house additions to weapons and armour, you can go to the UO.com site to see them in detail.

Question: Can you only get a gift if you buy 7AE?
Answer: No, all accounts get to pick one of the gifts automatically, even without buying 7AE. However, you don't get to do that until the actual 7th birthday of UO.

Question: How will we they give out the gifts?
Answer: You'll get an email with a special code to use in game. There will also be a site you can go to to get your code.

Question: So if I don't buy 7AE I have to wait till the 7th UO birthday to get the gift?
Answer: Apparently so.

Question: What is Ultima IX like?
Answer: It's an awesome RPG, unfortunatly it was a bit ahead of it's time hardware need wise when it was launched a few years ago. Very much worth playing again or for the first time.

Question: How does the sixth character slot work?
Answer: If you buy 7AE you'll notice a code on the jewel case holding the CD. You can use this code to activate the sixth character slot for one account.

Question: Can I reuse the gift code?
Answer: Nope once you use it, that's it.

Question: Just how many gifts can you get?
Answer: Every account gets one gift on UO's 7th birthday. And then everyone who buys 7AE gets a gift also. So if you have two accounts and buy two copies of 7AE you get to pick four gifts.

Question: Will the items be blessed?
Answer: Yes they will be blessed.

Question: Will they be blessed on Siege and Mulgen?
Answer: Yes, they will be blessed there too.

Question: So if I buy 7AE do I have to wait to get a gift?
Answer: Nope, not at all.

Question: The UO CD in the game gives me all the expansions?
Answer: That's right, you can now go to Malas, and Ilshenar, etc with this CD. Think of it as an all access pass.

Question: How long are these codes good for?
Answer: As of right now there is not a time limit for their use.
